General terms
✿ By commissioning or purchasing my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions
✿ I have the right to decline your commission
✿ First come first serve
✿ No spamming
Commission process
✿ Request: Fill in form and submit
✿ Payment: I will send you an invoice to your preferred payment method
✿ Agreement: Upon acceptance of payment, I will confirm the details and ETA with you
✿ Process: Sketches -> Coloring -> Edits -> Final
pricing and fees
✿ I will not start on your commission until I have received full payment
✿ No client initiated refunds and negotiations
✿ Payment methods: Paypal and Venmo and Zelle

There will be an additional 5% fee included in your base commission price. This is due to Paypal's transfer fee.
Revisions
✿ Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges
✿ Major changes after the final approval will be considered a new project and billed accordingly
Delivery
✿ Final artwork will be delivered in digital format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF) via email or google drive link
✿ I am not responsible for keeping your commission in the future so please save it once it has been sent
✿ If there is an error with a file, do not hesitate to contact me
Copyright and usage rights
✿ Artist’s Rights: I, as the artist, retain the copyright to all artwork created. I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials
✿ Client’s Rights: Clients receive the rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed
✿ Commercial Use: Commercial use rights must be explicitly agreed upon and will incur additional fees
confidentiality
✿ All client information and project details are kept confidential and will not be shared without permission
chargebacks
✿ If you file a chargeback against me, you will be blacklisted and lose all your rights to the artwork commissioned
